DESCRIPTION

Protect your kitchen from the devastating potential of water damage due to dishwasher failure and leaks with the Open Front Dishwasher Trench Drain Pan. This durable, metal pan is the perfect mix of functionality and innovation. Created from the highest quality material, this pan is made to last a lifetime. The purpose of this pan is to collect and drain water when your appliance has drips, leaks, or malfunctions. Dishwashers are notorious for leaking over time, ruining the floor beneath your appliance, and costing you money in the process. Trench Drain Pans from Killarney Metals prevent water from sitting under your appliance for long periods of time decreasing the risk of mold, rot, and water damage that can lead to expensive and time-consuming damages. The Dishwasher Trench Drain Pan comes in three different finishes: Black Powder Coat Painted, Stainless Steel, and Galvanized

We recommend consulting a contractor or plumber for installation specifics.

The open-front, trench drain design on this pan is protected by U.S. patent #44227-RA. The patented open front trench drain innovation from Killarney Metals is the #1 choice in the industry for water damage prevention.

“I recently installed the Open Front Dishwasher Trench Drain Pan, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. This product offers excellent protection against potential water damage, and I only wish I had known about it when we built our home four years ago—before our dishwasher leaked.

I chose the Stainless Steel option, and I love how well it’s hidden behind the dishwasher’s cover plate. It doesn’t disrupt the look of my kitchen, and knowing it’s there gives me peace of mind.

While I’m not a contractor, I do consider myself fairly handy with simple home projects, and this was very easy to install. I’d recommend it to any homeowner, whether you're a DIY enthusiast or not. It’s a simple solution to a potentially costly problem.

Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to protect their home!”

“We had a dishwasher leak which caused a major remodel. I installed a tray under the dishwasher, washing machine, and the refrigerator. They are extremely well built and I am confident in their performance. The design would benefit from including a drain fitting that would tie into a standard 1 1/2" drain, but with some creativeness, they can be hard plumbed into the home's drain system. Just remember to use a waterless trap seal as a standard p-trap will dry out and you could have some serious sewer gas issues! I found these right before I began fabricating one on my own and was so thankful as I didn't really have the time. I'm confident I will not have another water-caused remodel as long as I own this home!”
