Utilities

Image header for hvac or plumbing spill containment solutions page.

Plumbing, heating and air conditioning are all part of the service industries that provide us with our utilities and all have their own repair issues. Most of the problems encountered by these service industry professionals involve leaks of some kind. Liquid leaks are our specialty, which is why we want to offer you some solutions that could really make your job easier.

FOR PLUMBERS

Leaks are also your specialty, plumbers. We know that you deal with sewage, leaky faucets, leaky pipes. clogs, etc. all day long. If you do not bring your own catch pans or pails with you on the job, you have to ask the homeowner or building super for something to catch the mess. Avoid the hassle (and the appearance of being unprofessional!) and use our containment drip pans instead.

You can park these drip pans underneath all of the leaky pipes, under the sink traps that you are removing and emptying and even around toilet stacks as you open them up to send a borescope and/or auger down them to clear clogs. The mess of doing your job is completely contained within these pans, and the customer is not left with a mess to clean up.

HVAC TECHNICIANS AND CONTRACTORS

Our drip pans are the perfect solution for the content concern of dripping condensation. Our heavy duty drip pans contain the leaking condensate to a confined area, allowing the condensate to collect and drain out an attach pvc drain line if your application calls for one.

Furnaces, as a general rule, do not leak unless they are oil furnaces or boilers. If, as an HVAC technician, you have to release some pressure or "burp" a heating oil line, you can benefit from our drip pans too. Our metal oil catch pans are perfect for catching heating oil, while the spill drip containment pans are great for emptying old boilers.

The more dangerous aspect of your job is cooling, since you have to deal with refrigerant. When you encounter a central air conditioner or a refrigerator that is leaking refrigerant, you have to put something down to catch it or have it eat holes in whatever the refrigerant touches. Our steel drip pans are ideal for this, since the refrigerant has no impact on steel.
