Holes to be drilled and their locations are specified on the attached file. The circles represent the holes to be drilled. Holes A and D should be perfectly aligned to allow a 1/4" - 20 flat head bolt to pass through. Holes A,B, and C, should be made countersunk. Hole D should be tapped.
