The hat shape must allow an object to fit inside that is 128mm wide(length is less important) so I picked 130mm to accomodate bend radiuses and some imprecision. If this isn't enough, please increase the width of the part. Also, if possible please chamfer the edges of the rectangle for aesthetics.
